DISCOVERY CALL
Tell us a little bit about your needs in a call with Ciara- We will quickly be able to let you know if we are the right fit for your unique project.
02.
ON SITE OR VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
This consultation will give you the opportunity to expand on your needs and allows us to gather the necessary information to move forward with your design.
03.
CONCEPTS AND BUDGETING
During this phase, Word Interiors and the client get on the same page about the design style we are working towards and what is realistic in terms of budgeting.
04.
ITEM SELECTIONS
Ciara selects and proposes products for the client's space. The client has the chance to give feedback before committing to ordering the selected pieces.
05.
ORDERING, FOLLOW UP, AND MANAGEMENT
Once the proposed items are agreed upon, Word Interiors places all orders for the client and manages all follow up with the vendors until the products arrive and are ready for install.
06.
INSTALL
Let the fun begin! Word Interiors installs the space for the client according to the design so you can enjoy the space from the moment you walk in!
about ciara
Ciara Word is the principal designer for Word Interiors. Following her classical training at the University of Alabama and work in design firms in Birmingham, Ciara formed Word Interiors to offer approachable, beautiful designs to clients of all ages. Ciara saw a gap in the market for clients who wanted a refined style for where they were in life—whether that meant being in their first home or their forever home. Ciara is continually drawn to natural materials, a perfectly executed curve, and interesting textures, but her favorite thing to do is capture the client's style and create a space that feels authentic to them. Ciara lives in Birmingham, AL with her husband, two daughters, and golden retriever- her four favorite things!
